Business Lead, Los Angeles, CA
We’re searching for a Business Lead to become the day‑to‑day client point person on flagship projects, guiding them end‑to‑end—from upfront strategy and creative concepting through production, post, and final delivery. You’ll translate business objectives into bold creative opportunities, present ideas with authority, and steer integrated teams to deliver best‑in‑class work on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship – act as primary contact, anticipate needs, and translate feedback into clear next steps.
- Drive projects from brief to launch – oversee strategy, creative development, production, and post‑production, ensuring every milestone, deliverable, and approval stays on track.
- Champion the creative vision – present concepts with confidence, protect ideas in the room, and align stakeholders around a shared north star.
- Lead cross‑disciplinary teams – partner with producers, creatives, strategists, and external vendors; allocate resources and resolve roadblocks quickly.
- Control scope, budget & timeline – define project SOWs, manage change requests, and keep all parties informed of status, risks, and solutions.
- Model clear, concise communication – craft decks, write recaps, and run meetings that inspire confidence and momentum.
- Problem‑solve in real time – pivot plans, negotiate compromises, and keep calm when variables shift.
Required Skills
- Exceptional client‑facing presentation and relationship‑building skills
- Strong financial acumen: scoping, budgeting, and margin management
- Ability to brief, motivate, and manage creative talent
- Advanced written & verbal English; persuasive deck‑building chops
- Familiarity with project‑management platforms (e.g., Monday, Airtable, Asana)
Experience
- 6–8+ years in an agency or production‑company environment, managing integrated campaigns
- Proven track record leading complex, multi‑channel projects from strategy through delivery
- Knowledge of variety of production, live events / experiential activations, odd ball projects (incl physical products/manufacturing)
- Preferred but not essential: Experience working directly with in‑house brand teams or decoupled production models
- Desired but not essential: Experience mentoring junior producers /account managers
