Production & Sales Assistant, Berlin

We are looking for a Production & Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to support our Executive Producers and production team across business development, pitching, creative, production, and post-production.

This is a central coordination role at the intersection of sales, creative, and production. You will help keep our sales pipeline structured, pitches organised, and productions running efficiently.

The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and eager to grow within the creative production and advertising industry.


This is an in-person role at our BERLIN, Germany office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SALES, PITCHING, AND EXECUTIVE SUPPORT

Support Executive Producers and senior team members across:

  • Business development activities
  • Pitch preparation and follow-up
  • Production and post-production coordination
  • Maintain and update:
    • Sales pipeline overviews and status reports
    • Pitch trackers and status documents
    • Production status sheets
    • Directors’ availability overviews
  • Assist with:
    • Production and creative research
    • Preparation of treatments, pitch decks, and presentations
    • Meeting preparation, scheduling, and documentation
    • Preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking next steps for internal and external meetings

PRODUCTION SUPPORT & COORDINATION 

  • Support projects from development to delivery:
    • Help ensure workflows, timelines, and processes are followed
    • Support project wrap and documentation
  • Upload, organise, and archive:
    • Pitch materials and treatments
    • Final deliverables
    • Case studies and project documentation
  • Support the final delivery phase of projects:
    • Delivery coordination
    • Wrap documentation
    • Archiving and case study preparation
  • Support onboarding of freelance producers:
    • Introduction to workflows, tools, and processes
  • Maintain and update:
    • Contact database
    • Freelancer and talent network
  • Research new talent and help expand our creative and production network

CONTENT, CASE STUDIES, & ON-SET SUPPORT

  • As required:
    • Support on set with behind-the-scenes filming and photography
    • Support the editing and preparation of case studies and presentation materials
  • Help curate and prepare work for:
    • Website
    • Credentials decks
    • Client presentations

SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT (Secondary Responsibility)

  • Support the team with:
    • Publishing case studies and behind-the-scenes content
    • Maintaining and growing the company’s Instagram presence
    • Engaging with relevant industry and partner accounts
    • Following defined guidelines and KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed education or studies in media, communication, production, marketing, or a related field
  • First professional experience in a production company, agency, or similar environment is a plus
  • Highly organised, structured, and reliable
  • Creative eye, strong communication skills and a proactive working style
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
  • Confident working with presentations, documents, and schedules including Google docs, Google sheets, Google slides, Keynote. (Also familiar with sales software tools such as hubspot, salesforce or Apollo).
  • Fluent English + good German skills (is a plus)
  • Basic editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar) are an advantage
